Stephanie Biello, a real estate leader and influencer, has been selling millions of dollars in residential real estate since obtaining her sales license in 2002. Originally from Houston, Texas, Stephanie moved to Philadelphia in 1987 and has been living and working in the city ever since.

Currently an Associate Broker at Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty, Stephanie has become a leader in the Philadelphia real estate market, leveraging her knowledge and experience to benefit both buyers and sellers. As an experienced professional, she understands the critical elements of successful negotiation, contract writing, marketing & sales strategies as well as providing top notch customer service.

As Past President of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors (GPAR), she served two consecutive terms as the GPAR president (2020 & 2021) during the pandemic. Under her leadership, GPAR has remained a powerful voice for real estate in the Greater Philadelphia region. Stephanie is a passionate advocate for homeownership and has played an instrumental role in helping numerous individuals realize their real estate dreams. Additionally, she currently holds the position of PAR District 1 Vice President, representing Philadelphia at the state level. Stephanie has served on various committees of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), including the Legislative Committee, Standard Forms Committee, Horizon Committee, PAR's Member Services Committee, Foundation Education Committee, and several task force committees.

When she's not busy in the real estate world, Stephanie enjoys playing volleyball, spending time at the beach, and cherishing moments with her children and grandchildren.
